Genes Lecoanet Hemant ships its fashion collections across the United Arab Emirates and selected international destinations. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery timelines, charges, couriers, and order tracking, and must be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Return & Refund Policy.
All orders placed on www.geneslecoanethemant.ae are dispatched from our Dubai warehouse in the United Arab Emirates. Our India operations (www.geneslecoanethemant.com) are run under a separate entity and do not fulfil UAE orders.
1.1 Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to:
• All seven Emirates of the United Arab Emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah
• Selected international destinations — shipping eligibility and rates will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address
1.2 Shipping Charges
Within the UAE
• Standard Delivery: FREE on all orders, with no minimum purchase value
• Express Delivery (same-day or next-day, subject to area and cut-off time): AED 25 per order
International
• Shipping fees for international orders are calculated based on destination, weight, and courier service, and will be shown at the checkout page before payment
• Customs duties, import taxes, and any local VAT for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee
1.3 Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched from our Dubai warehouse within 1 business day of being placed, subject to successful payment confirmation and stock availability. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
1.4 Delivery Timelines
• Within the UAE (Standard): 1–3 business days from dispatch
• Within the UAE (Express): Same-day or next-day delivery, subject to cut-off time and delivery area
• International: Approximately 5 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather, or force majeure events beyond our control.
1.5 Courier Partner
Our primary courier partner for both domestic and international shipments is Aramex. For certain destinations or services, we may engage additional reputable couriers. The tracking details of your courier will be shared once your order is dispatched.
1.6 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
• A confirmation email with the courier's tracking number and link
• SMS and/or WhatsApp updates (where applicable)
You can also track your order by logging into your account on the Website and visiting the "My Orders" section.
1.7 Delivery Address and Re-delivery
Please ensure your full and accurate delivery address, contact number, and any building or unit details are provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of:
• An incorrect or incomplete address
• The customer being unreachable after multiple attempts
• Refusal of delivery without a valid reason
…additional re-delivery charges may apply. If the customer chooses to cancel the order at this stage, the refund will be processed minus the original shipping cost incurred.
1.8 Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available within the UAE on eligible orders. Please keep the exact order amount ready at the time of delivery. The courier may not be able to provide change.
1.9 Delivery Delays
Although we and our courier partners make every effort to deliver within the stated timelines, the Company shall not be liable for delays caused by:
• Courier or logistics disruptions
• Customs clearance for international orders
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to weather, strikes, or public emergencies
