By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on the Website, you ("User", "Customer", "you") agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1.1 About Us
Genes Lecoanet Hemant is the trade name under which Lecoanet Hemant Fashions L.L.C S.O.C sells men's and women's fashion online in the United Arab Emirates. All products sold on this Website are original, owned and curated by the Company.
Genes Lecoanet Hemant also operates in India through a separate legal entity, accessible at www.geneslecoanethemant.com. Orders placed on the UAE Website (www.geneslecoanethemant.ae) are fulfilled, shipped, invoiced, and supported solely by Lecoanet Hemant Fashions L.L.C S.O.C in Dubai under the policies published on this Website. Orders placed on the India website are governed by separate terms published there.
1.2 Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Minors under 18 may only use the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
1.3 Offer and Acceptance
All products and prices displayed on the Website constitute an "invitation to offer". When you place an order, you are making an "offer" to purchase, which the Company may accept or decline at its sole discretion. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the order and send you a shipping confirmation email.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order without assigning a reason, including (but not limited to) where an item is out of stock, where there is an error in the listed price or product description, or where we suspect fraud.
1.4 Product Information, Colours and Availability
We make every effort to display product colours, textures, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in device screens and photography lighting. Such variations do not constitute a defect.
Product availability and prices are subject to change without prior notice. In the event a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
1.5 Pricing, Currency and VAT
• All prices on the Website are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED).
• Prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing UAE rate of 5%, where applicable.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown separately at the checkout page before payment.
• The price and currency displayed at checkout is the amount charged to your payment card. If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank may apply conversion charges, which are not controlled by us.
1.6 Pricing Errors
If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to (a) reconfirm the order at the corrected price, or (b) cancel the order for a full refund. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be treated as cancelled and refunded in full.

All online transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. The Company does not store full card details. The cardholder must retain a copy of the transaction receipt and these Terms for their records.

The Company is not liable for any unauthorised or fraudulent use of a payment card on the Website. The cardholder is responsible for maintaining the security of their payment credentials. Any fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
